Sharon Orange, Director
BBA in Business Organizational Management
With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses, Sharon brings a rare blend of operational excellence and heartfelt service to the organization. Her background in business management and program oversight has allowed her to build and scale multiple support programs, including group homes, respite care, attendant care, and habilitation services. Sharon oversees every aspect of compliance, staffing, training, and family engagement. She is known for her deep empathy, her strength in regulatory operations, and her ongoing dedication to improving the quality of life for both children and adults in care. Her experience spans healthcare coordination, employee mentorship, DDD compliance, and facility management—all anchored in cultural competence and unwavering integrity.
Shelby Orange, RN
Director of Medical Services
Shelby is a Registered Nurse with hands-on experience in caring for children with special needs and medically fragile adults. Her clinical focus includes medication management, delegated nursing services, and crisis intervention in behavioral health environments. As she pursues her advanced training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Shelby is committed to leading Great Xpectations’ medical and behavioral
Dr. Denise Wallace, PhD
Behavioral Health Director
Dr. Denise brings over 25 years of clinical and administrative leadership in the behavioral health field. She holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and dual master’s credentials in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology. Her experience spans juvenile justice, foster care, forensic psychology, OBRA evaluations, outpatient counseling, and court-mandated psychological assessments. Dr. Denise has served as a managing partner, consultant, school psychologist, and adjunct psychology professor. She is a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Forensic Consultant, and educator who has shaped behavioral healthcare policy and practice. At Great Xpectations, she oversees the design and compliance of therapeutic interventions, crisis support systems, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
Together, Sharon, Shelby, and Dr. Denise represent an elite care alliance. Their combined experience ensures every individual served by Great Xpectations receives the care, dignity, and advocacy they deserve—whether in the home, the community, or through specialized health and behavioral services.
